Your wedding planning journey

Elena and the team want to help create a wedding day that you and your guests will cherish for years to come.

We plan with creativity, curiosity, sincerity and transparency – our relationships with couples are very important to us and we value open communication and kindness.

Step 1

To begin your journey of planning with us then please contact Elena, we love to hear all your plans and ideas. After this initial contact Elena will send you some more information about our service and set up a video call. This call is a ‘getting to know you’ call, we’ll be working together over a period of time on a very special event and it’s important we align with your vision and that you trust your wedding planner.

After this call you’ll receive a bespoke proposal and quote, if you are happy with this then you’ll receive a contract and we can begin work on planning your wedding.

Step 2

We work collaboratively to support you through your wedding planning journey. We’ll research and recommend the best suppliers for you. You’ll receive carefully researched options in a clear format, enabling you to make the right decision for your wedding. Via a mixture of in person and online meetings, shared folders and concept documents you’ll be able to track your budget and planning progress whilst accessing expert advice throughout the planning process. Your RSVP’s can be managed through us and your bespoke wedding website, your detailed timeline created to allow you space to enjoy your wedding day whilst achieving every element.

Step 3

In the lead up to your wedding day a detailed schedule will be created, all your suppliers briefed and the logistics of the day taken care of. Your day will be managed and coordinated by Elena and a team of experienced planning assistants to ensure that each element of your day is special. Your wedding day is for soaking up every moment whilst surrounding yourself with love and joy.

  • Extensive venue research and site visits to help you secure the right location for your wedding.
  • We source the best suppliers both professionally but also stylistically ensuring that they are a great personality fit for you. 
  • We create bespoke design concept documents for every wedding, inspired by your story, your personal style and your loves. 
  • We source experts and speak directly with every supplier, we plan the details and organise all the necessary logistics. 
  • We design and build a personalised, bespoke wedding website for you and your guests.
  • We share everything from your budget, design concept, planning timeline, research, planning sheets and timelines in shared folders so you can always check in on updates. 
  • We speak over the phone, via video call and we are available to meet in person and on hand to support you through venue site visits, food tastings and anything else you may need.
